Where you choose to upload or share prescriptions, reports or medical notes, we use that information only to help process the requested healthcare service.
How we use information
We use your information to confirm bookings, verify OTP, coordinate with doctors, hospitals and lab partners, process payments, send booking updates and provide customer support.
We may use aggregated, non-identifying service data to improve appointment availability, search experience, operational reliability and patient support workflows.
Sharing with healthcare partners
We share relevant booking and patient details with the doctor, hospital, diagnostic lab, pharmacy, payment gateway or operational partner required to complete your request.
Partners are expected to use the information only for the healthcare service, payment processing, reporting, compliance or support purpose connected with your booking.
Payments and security
Payment details are handled through authorized payment gateway flows. Quickobook does not ask you to share card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs or passwords with any support agent.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain booking, payment and support records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain business records.
You may contact us to request correction, access or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to service, legal and compliance requirements.
